Are you looking for a rewarding experience where you can have fun AND earn
college credit?  Look no further than the BMHC!  We offer a variety of unpaid
internships from High School through Graduate School.  We have some of the
finest collections in the State of Maine as well as some of the most unique.  We
will work hard to match you and your interests with our collection materials for

end with a research paper while others produce exhibit text, transcriptions, or
other documentation.

Some of our most recent intern projects include:
Civil War Medicine Chest Contents & Use
Transcription of Civil War Letters and Diaries
Firearms Research
Battlefield Horses and Companion Animals
Maine Civil War Soldier Pension Records and Medical Evaluations
Ghost Stories/Local Folklore
